The location was good and the staff we excellent.
The room was not up to expectation, and the service lacked a few things. No coffee on the second day , no slippers or house coats. This was especially evident during the winter cold.

3rd time I stay here. I lile the value for the money paid and the location is the best! Shower and bathroom are also very good.
I needed a room service one night and they didn’t heve it. Also booked the highest rate room, but I think the superior double is better.
Icon wipton was an amazing hotel, and the staff were very helpful and friendly
Our Room on Jorge Juan street was noisy late at night and early in the morning due to the restaurant's customers, and loud by passers. This is no fault of the hotel. Any other time the room was amazing.

Great bedroom for families! Double bed for kids and big bes for adults. Loved the room, the confort, excellent bathroom

We ordered the room for families but ended up reserving 2 rooms instead. This would have been okay if the rooms were right next to each other, which they weren’t. We ended up having our 2 kids (14 and 10) stay in their own room on the same floor as of but it was very nerve racking and caused a lot of anxiety.
