Pros (+) The staff were excellent. It’s been a long time since we experienced such brilliant service. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and so aware of their customers/clients needs especially the lovely receptionist Alicia who couldn’t do enough for us 😊.
Cons (-) The only minor thing was our room was very close to the facing property and was quite dark. The lovely Alicia did offer to look at changing our room the following day (the hotel was full on our first night) but we decided it wasn’t that big a deal, after all we were out sightseeing most of the day and out in the evening so just didn’t seem worth it.

Pros (+) Fresh and modern hotel with an excellent location close to main entertainment district. Extensive breakfast buffet, friendly and service oriented staff.
Cons (-) We got a smaller room as what we had ordered but thanks to friendly staff they quickly and uncomplicatedly changed us to a larger room ( as booked)
