Excellent location, family-friendly place, helpful staff
Beautiful property with lovely terrace
It was all lovely and perfect for our stay
Location - the hotel was in a great spot to see the sites and get to the main shopping areas quickly - we walked to most places. Room - we had a family room, there were the 2 of us and 2 kids. The room size was ideal for us. We had a room with a patio that went straight onto the outdoor space, the kids really loved this. There was one day that room service did not attend, but I assume this was an oversight as staff were overall attentive, polite and helpful. The pool if you could call it that was very small, the kids wanted to still go in so would have been great if it was a bit bigger.Read more
Miguel really stood out, always there to help and always with a very big smile
It was a really great stay, delicious breakfast with diverse options and amazing service especially Migel who’s just outstanding, talking this many languages I’m not able to count and he’s really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. If I’d be back in Barcelona I’d choose this hotel.
Beautiful hotel, clean , vibrant. Staff were great also !
Decking around the pool could maybe do with being looked at . I got a splinter in hand just sitting at the pool.
Amazing location
- Awful breakfast, no signs on any of the food for allergens or staff to ask or to order fresh food from the menu from - bathroom shower and sink leaked onto floor - incredibly noisy every night from other guests - awful egg smell in the rooms everyday! - deceiving pool picture vs reality is tiny.

A bit jaded, room needed a refresh Uneven floors in a few places. Mucked up our friends bill and they got billed twice
Our family room was spacious and beautifully clean. The staff were very attentive. One of our children was very sick from food poisoning (not from hotel food) and the hotel got us a new room and called to ask if we needed anything sent to the room. Miguel was especially nice and all the staff were lovely.
Good choice of food at breakfast and everything was replenished regularly. Central location. Huge room size. Loved the MB toiletries in the bathroom.
Tea and coffee was not replenished in the room which was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The children's "bunkbeds" were not traditional bunk beds and they didn't feel overly safe. We reported a fault to reception and they confirmed that it would be looked into.
