Pros (+) Well maintained and the new prestige rooftop area is fabulous.
Cons (-) Not the property itself but the two day protests were disruptive and made it difficult to relax. This also impacted on the room itself, i.e. housekeeping was below the expected standard and nowhere near as good as the last time I stayed.

Cons (-) Expensive hotel and still you are not allowed in special places. Only for VIP for more cost. Like in the breakfast you are not allowed in special areas, the jacuzzi and more. That made me not feel to welcome and that's why I will not come again.

Pros (+) The hotel has everything you need for a getting away from it all holiday. You could stay here all inclusive and not go anywhere else (apart from maybe the beach !) or use it as a base for exploring the island and its fabulous beaches. I would definitely recommend the Star Prestige option as you get exclusive access to two separate pools and bar/sun lounging areas.
Cons (-) The main bar area is very open plan. it’s open to the checking in area and the entertainment stage has computer access areas very close to it. The area could be made more intimate / atmospheric.

Pros (+) The best hotel i've stayed in. Standards of service are through the roof, exceptional.
Cons (-) Nothing to do with hotel, but the atmosphere was quiet sedate at night, so just sought out nightlife elsewhere.
