This was the best hotel I ever stayed at!! Everything was exceptional, from the facilities and services to the staff. The staff, including the animation team, is absolutely amazing. Really easy hotel to be in, brilliant staff and facilities. Best food in the buffet restaurant, lots of choice and everything tastes really fresh.
Balcony furniture is uncomfortable. Rooms could do with a few extras to make them feel 5*. Hair conditioner is really bad quality. I’m being picky here, it’s just the small things.
Fantastic service. Cannot wait to come back. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Was sad to leave.

Clean, staff were all lovely and very helpful
I stayed in October and since then they have changed how the Sunbeds are allocated and I strongly disagree with the fact that they want to charge you for them if you want the same Sunbeds for longer than 2 days consecutively the price I paid for a 5 star hotel I shouldn’t have to worry about booking a Sunbed Apart from that it was lovely

Well maintained and the new prestige rooftop area is fabulous.
Not the property itself but the two day protests were disruptive and made it difficult to relax. This also impacted on the room itself, i.e. housekeeping was below the expected standard and nowhere near as good as the last time I stayed.
Location is good. Breakfast was very good, convenient and staff welcoming

Nice clean hotel but not special for the price and how they make you feel
Expensive hotel and still you are not allowed in special places. Only for VIP for more cost. Like in the breakfast you are not allowed in special areas, the jacuzzi and more. That made me not feel to welcome and that's why I will not come again.
