It was clean, modern and functional. The rooms were well set-up and functioned well whether you needed to stay for a short or longer stay.
The spa was a real let-down. I could feel the masseuse was chilling on her phone while pretending to massage my head. The gym is small and well-equipped but some machines are broken down. Also, there is a certain reservedness that some of the staff exhibited - still professional but lacked that warmth. I saw that reflected in other establishments in Lima so maybe it was not unique to this hotel.
Very modern, clean, spacious rooms, good beds, nice staff, lovely rooftop bar and pool.
Bit expensive for breakfast buffet but aka carte was fine.

The only thing we didnt like is that we as guests of the hotel cant enjoy the bar cause non guests can come up to the bar and there are no places left for hotel guests.
A modern design with one of the best views you can hope for in Miraflores (I recommend the ocean view rooms), a large bed and a very nice roof pool and terrace. The breakfast was particularly diverse.
Some of the personnel was less experienced, although willing to help throughout.
Excellent location in Lima. Delightful breakfast with many options. Confortable rooms. The restaurant Kimo (Nikkei) was the highlight of our stay in this hotel!
The check-in process is a bit long and can be improved with more dedicated staff.
Location was great. Rooms were very clean and we had a nice view toward. Breakfast buffet was excellent, a real highlight. All the staff were helpful. Would stay here again.
