- The room wasn't really too new - The shower hasn't been cleaned up properly, some fungus was visible - The A/C was very strong in common areas - No hot drinks during meals other than breakfast = you had to physically go to a specific bar where they are served
The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms need some renovation but very clean. Beach is just down stairs. A variety of choices for dinner.
My husband did not feel well one night possibly due to the steak during the dinner. But overall the food is ok.

Staff senior management rude, unhelpful, lied about an earlier conversation about room description issue. Was resolved at end of trip but had already given me a bad impression of the hotel.

The food was great and we would recommend this hotel to others, we liked our room because it had a good view on the ocean. We were really satisfyed with the pools outside, which included many activities such as aquagym, pool party and many other games.And lat but definitely not least, the shows, they were so funny.
The beach was a little far away from our resort but it was okay and the paying for the bowling was quite unnecessary. Also the sunbaths were charged.
Breakfast and lunch in the oasis bar were great. It has a great location, the food and drinks were great, I loved that the drinks were self service, so you didn’t have to wait in line to get served, the animation team were fun and enthusiastic. So overall we had a great time, I would definitely recommend it.
We’ll initially I asked for a transfer from the airport, which they told me they don’t organize, than I requested that they recommend a transfer company, but never got a reply to that email.
The hotel's location is fantastic; you can take a walk on the beach just by stepping out the door, and within 50 meters, you're on the sand. Shops are also nearby. The best asset of this hotel is its smiling and helpful staff.
We experienced plumbing issues with a sewage smell in the bathroom and poor TV reception, particularly in our Star Prestige room. The air conditioning was noisy, and there was a rattling fan. The balcony mattresses were soaked, and the food focused more on quantity than quality. Additionally, staff only communicated in German without asking about our preferred language first. :(
