Mattresses are way too hard. Was like sleeping on the bedroom floor! And the noise in the corridors could be heard - doors being banged from 6.30. The room doors should be soft close and not bang shut or the rooms should be fully soundproof. I got no sleep.
The location was very convenient for the city centre, parking was convenient in a car park behind the hotel which we prebooked. The breakfast was good quality, room good, great view and staff very pleasant and helpful, we would definitely book again.
A small problem with the shower door.

Windows do not open, you can only use A/C. Bathroom is not separated to your room so if anyone wakes up earlier then everyone in the room is awake.
Location great for Bridgewater Hall. Lovely clean room with some complimentary drinks and a very nice breakfast

Good sized clean room. Large comfy bed. Tea, coffee and soft drinks provided. No issues at all.
Bathroom partly in the main room may be a problem for some.
