Pros (+) It's next to the Capitol building Car park. Check in by email. Large room, modern.
Cons (-) Very large dining /lounge. Which was empty! 360 ° Skybar prices £10 for a beer! £8.95 for a small glass of Prosecco! We ate at Albert dock as the dining area at the hotel was empty, no atmosphere. The glass shower is in the room so not much privacy. But the toilet is separate. Quite a walk to the main shopping area.

Rainbow, Mar 2025
Pros (+) The room had an amazing floor length window with an amazing view of the river Mersey. The room was clean, large sized bed, with seating, fridge, separate toilet and open plan sink and shower, with hairdryer. It was free drinks in the fridge, the breakfast had continental options, fruit, youghurt, cereal and hot English breakfast options - as gluten free person they also had clear signs on what was...
Cons (-) The duvet was quite thin (having spare blankets would take it to the next level) as prefer 7.5 tog or above was about 2.5 tog in thinness etc

Pros (+) Good central location. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend booking a table in the Sky Bar - cocktails were delicious and staff very welcoming.

Pros (+) Location very central Views to the river Mersey outstanding. Room very comfortable loved the fridge with free soft drinks and it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty of choice. The roof bar is worth booking more spectacular views. Great being able to leave our case for security when we had finished our stay (for extra time round the shops)
Cons (-) Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

Pros (+) The location was great as were the staff , my room on 14th floor was amazing with a great river view. Everything in my room was of a high standard and very clean.
Cons (-) Breakfast was of good quality and a good variety but unfortunately was cold which is often the case with buffets. Also the air con in the room was a bit difficult for me to comprehend being a 75 year old technophobe, instructions would have been handy!
