Pros (+) Hotel lobby is beautiful. Juan was very helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was excellent really enjoyed it. Complimentary bottled water was great. The nearness of mirabel palace was excellent.
Cons (-) To reach the property from the train station was a walk passing by bridge with lots of graffiti and a woman in her mattress covered with duvets reading. Very weak water supply when showering.

Pros (+) We extended an extra night with same ecpectation as we enjoyed our room & nearby attractions + breakfast.
Cons (-) The food was good both breakfast and dining (had lunch at the bar & dinner at the restaurant), however the staff were not attentive and unprofessional resulting in poor service for a quality restaurant.
