The staff was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is new and very nice built and decorated. There is a free private parking on site. Also there is a very nice pool in a beautiful, big garden. The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable.
The hotel didn’t provide any slippers, which was a big inconvenience for us. The breakfast was limited, no fresh vegetables for example, no fresh juices and so on. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is pretty expensive.
It is a quiet relaxing place Very near Firenze 👍👍👍❤️
They should improve breakast
- Beautifully designed resort and garden.
- The hotel is situated next to the highway and therefore noisy. - Unfortunately, at the time we were there a part of the hotel was under construction and we got the room next to it. - We didn’t get any information about the area or wine tasting offers. - The pool was closed and there were no options to sit next to it and enjoy the sun. - Offsite location, about 40 min from Firenze.
Exzellent restaurant, nice staff and good bed
Shower is form over function. After normal use you have already cleaned half of the bathroom. Genius design decision
Breakfast was very good, all was fresh and tasty. Parking is great. The view is very nice, calm, and relaxing... The best wine we have ever had, and also tiramisu 😁
Last year had more options included in the breakfast price... The beds are making noise when moving, everytime you move it makes sounds and wakes you up... Bathroom windows dont have covers and they are located right on the passages, it is not comfortable because people can see in your bathroom when passing by the room...
We really liked The restaurant and even The breakfast was okay for The italian off season standard. Parking is spacious It is Easy to reach from a highway
Staff could use some more training as they were not able locate our room for half an hour. Matress were uncomfortable. It is not a very Good call to Have memory foam in a hotel. It fits less people than other types of matress.
Flashing lights in room from smoke alarm was annoying
Very luxurious new resort. Generous size room and very comfortable bed. Restaurant is good and thestaff are very nice. I can't wait to see what the spa will be like when it's finished.
Lighting in the carpark not yet finished when I visited
Hotel is in a peaceful and secluded countryside; I recommend it for those coming with a car.
Room cleaning was a bit disordered; we were never sure where we'll find our slippers and pyjamas when a room was cleaned.
The place was a dream and the staff are the best parking was easy and the rooms are very spacious and pretty
