The location, several stories above the train from Munich we arrived on and adjacent to the airport we departed from the following morning, could not have been better. But it was also a clean, modern hotel with totally soundproofed rooms. And with an excellent restaurant.
Terrible signage from the train station.
Central location. Very clean. Pleasant staff.
The shower wasn’t a power shower as I usually have. The toilet didn’t flush properly you had to keep your hand on the button. Not enough black tea and milk.
Location exceptional for plane travel
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel - very pricey.
Very comfortable and stylish room. The hotel is a great option for anyone flying out of Zurich airport earlier the next day.

I enjoyed the location and the checking in process.
The thermostat in our room was not working. It was a warm day. They had someone come up to look at it, who said it was on. The temperature in the room never went down, so eventually, we needed a fan.
The staff at checkin and restaurant were all awesome! I interacted most with Paula and she was nice. The part that got me the most was forgetting my gold ring in the room at checkout, got the London before realizing this, I then called our cab driver in Zurich to go ask the hotel for it and it was handed over to him all wrapped up in an envelope after few confirmations. The hotel is super clean and the suit has plenty of space. The view for our room is on a nice park. The hotel is just beside the Zurich Airport we walked to the terminal. Curtains are closed by pressing a button. Breakfast was ok.
There was no teeth brush or a comb.
Great location, comfortable and clean
Great hotel, great ammenities. Only downside is no room service past 10pm, very inconvenient and unusual for an airport hotel.
