1. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but was placed on a smoking floor. The entire level was filled with smoke, making it difficult to access my room without the odor entering whenever the door opened. The room was big and with great features, like automatic curtains and a tv for the bathtub. Nice long bench with a good view of the city. It is located immediately next to a subway station which is convenient. The gym and pool are also good.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, which wasn't a great first impression to walking in the room. Other than that it was good.
I always have wifi connectivity issues

A/C didnt really work that well and the staff told it was supposed to run like that. sometimes it just feels like not functioning at all
Everything was perfect!
There were some weird periodic noise at the middle of the night for some time during the first night but I was able to change the room and then everything was great
Very nice and modern hotel, great facilities! Rooms are clean and offer good comfort. Staff was helpful and friendly. Located right beside the metro station.
It is an excelente hotel in Wuhan. The beauty of interior design, the cuban music at night in the bar, the generosity of staff, the amazing and complete breakfast.
We cannot put the temperature of the room lower because the hotel decide the temperature for all rooms together.

The rooms need upgrading, and they are also too dark and not enough lights and brightness in the room.
