We ate at the market it wasn't great food but we ate it.
Location, style, view, management/staff
Gave us the wrong room, information about room policies not properly told online. Was able to book room no problem with our age being under 21, upon arrival we are told by a manager that they only allow booking for people 21 and over. He did make an exception for us which we were very grateful for but we paid extra for a corner room and didn’t get it which sucked.
The staff were extremely nice, apologetic, and very professional about our room not being available at check in.
Room was not ready until after 7pm and we should have had a 4pm check in. Paid a premium for a room we were unable to use after a long drive. We ended up utilizing a bathroom in the lobby to get dressed and cleaned up, which is not only unacceptable, but not sanitary. The location was strategiclly choosen as we were attending a concert close by and there are good food options close. The staff we spoke to were friendly over all and the bar onsite made for a fun evening with friends.
The parking situation was ridiculous. This listing says they have on site parking for $50+ additional a night which is ridiculous when you're paying $400+ a night after all the fees, but it's Seattle and that's all hotels in this area. The bigger issue was there lot was full leaving us parking a few blocks away in a sketchy lot. I would think they would have at least enough parking in the parking ...Read more
Great location Rooms nice
We arrived at 23:15, no food available other than a few bar snacks…..no room service For the price this is totally unacceptable
Comfortable bed
No texting service, no personalized service, no surprise and delight for my birthday.
We were over charged from the bar, we disputed the charge that was obviously someone else’s drinks or meal, our credit card says we lost the dispute and we are liable, but it is flat wrong

The housekeeping cleaned the room very well every day at the time we specified. And, the night view is amazing!
The staff are very nice and the location.
The shower does not have a fan, nor does it work properly.
