Pros (+) We enjoyed access to the Regency Club breakfast. The location was convenient for us for the convention we attended.
Cons (-) Our mini fridge wasn't up to expectations. I had vitamins and medicine that needed to be refrigerated and it was an inconvenience to have it stored with the front desk especially since I needed to take it morning and night the cooler in the room was not cold enough. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
