Cons (-) There’s nothing really negative to mention. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the pool could be heated, and the spa is a short walk away rather than in the hotel, but these are minor details in an otherwise excellent experience. All in all – highly recommended! Thank you again to the entire team for a great stay.

Pros (+) Perfect location and accessible to Kathmandu and lalitpur area. Breakfast is awesome. The staff are friendly though housekeeping is a bit slow.

Pros (+) 1. Staff were nice and accommodating. 2. Hotel is clean and room service is great and helpful
Cons (-) 1. TV is old, not smart TV, so can't play netflix or anything 2. Terrace view is a blocked view (unlike what was promoted on booking) - but they changed my room. 3. Bathroom keeps flooding despite attempts to fix the issue.
