As indian choice of breakfast was perfect

There’s nothing really negative to mention. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the pool could be heated, and the spa is a short walk away rather than in the hotel, but these are minor details in an otherwise excellent experience. Perfect location and accessible to Kathmandu and lalitpur area. Breakfast is awesome. The staff are friendly though housekeeping is a bit slow.
Housekeeping
The hotel and staff were excellent.
There wasn't much to see or do in the vicinity.
1. Staff were nice and accommodating. 2. Hotel is clean and room service is great and helpful
1. TV is old, not smart TV, so can't play netflix or anything 2. Terrace view is a blocked view (unlike what was promoted on booking) - but they changed my room. 3. Bathroom keeps flooding despite attempts to fix the issue.
Mr. Soman (Mr. Somal?) was very supportive with great hospitality. He checked on us if everything was ok once in a while. We also had trouble contacting our travel agency, however he helped us through and we got to our destination smoothly.
The Front Office team were exceptional. They got us a spa booking at the nearby Soaltee Hotel with 30% off, and handled our Everest flight tour booking - and gave plenty of tips throughout our stay.
