Pros (+) Century located to Shibuya scramble Crossing in the Shibuya Ward, full of highlights great food, great shopping, highly recommended and next to the train station too
Cons (-) Takesha who was the manager during our first night there was able to upgrade us and take care of our situation due to a error when booking through a third-party, but they made us feel right at home and made us feel like royalty. Thank you very much. We will be back again

Pros (+) The facilities are new and Shibuya location is great.
Cons (-) It is difficult to find, although hotel has done videos to assist. The breakfast was not normal Hyatt standard example orange juice like cordial.
