Pros (+) The place is very clean, relaxing atmosphere, they have a back up power system.
Cons (-) The buffet supper, presentation was great unfortunately the taste was not so great even though there was various dishes but it didn't accommodate every one. e.g your simple South African meal. We appreciate that we were accommodated at the last minute. Kudos to the manager and staff 👏

Pros (+) The hotel was well located and the breakfast was good. The staff on the breakfast were kind and attentive.
Cons (-) The staff at the reception could be a bit more friendly and patient. We had already paid for a night and they were treating us as if we were owing them. The cleaning schedule should change to daily without charging the guests
