Cons (-) Some details, such as the room door's locking system, do not make much sense. For example, the door was not screwed properly to the wall, but only to the wooden door frame. This means that you risk damaging the door every time you forget to unlock it before opening it.

The staff immediately provided me with all the necessary support.
