The breakfast buffet was excellent. Loved the location near the train station. The station itself was beautiful and included many shops and restaurants. We also were able to walk to many nearby sights, and it was easy to use the loop bus from the station for spots that were a little too far to walk.
Great artwork. Big and comfy room. Easy to get around the city from this location due to both hop on hop off loop buses terminating here
I don’t think i am ever disappointed staying at a Hyatt. Where should I begin, the room was just exceptional. Very spacious and bright and with an amazing decor. When you stay at a Hyatt you know two things are guaranteed a great mattress and great pillows. I really slept like a king and bed was super comfortable and relaxing. There is not really something we didn’t like here. If I had to complain then I would just have liked a better view from our room but that’s a luxury problem.Read more

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location was perfect.
The reception of the TV channels were not always stable.
Comfortable bed, large room, excellent breakfast, great location.
The only thing we found disappointing was that there were no hooks to hang towels after taking a shower. Also the shower facilities set up were not comfortable. Awkward.
