Maria was amazing to support at the time of checkin and checkout, she is one of the best staff i met during my satay, very helpful to provide more information about Madrid, , Amazing location I can say 10/10 for the location, each access to the major outlet

Cons (-) Just a personal opinion (doesn’t mean a bad thing), i didnt feel comfortable with the pillows. The lifts need maintenance. They felt very old.
