Pros (+) Because our flight to Dallas was cancelled, we needed to stay at the hotel by around 4 pm on the day of check-out, and the reception allowed all of us (6 rooms) the late check-out, which was incredibly helpful. Pros (+) The location is great. We booked a room with a view on the hill so it’s great.
Cons (-) They signed me up with Hyatt Membership but then because I booked my stay via Booking, they didn’t want to give me the points for staying there.

Cons (-) Lack of microwave in room, paid parking regardless if you are staying there (daily fees if you rent a car and need to park) Good public transportation does negate that though

Pros (+) We loved the staff, their professionalism, and their attentiveness. They treated us like VIP guests. They accommodated all of our needs.
Cons (-) The bathroom doors didn't fully shut because they were sliding doors, therefore no privacy. The shower was surrounded by glass and disturbed the person sleeping every time the light was on even with the curtains.
