Cons (-) Use extra caution using the valet parking service!! I now have a door ding on my Driver side door! This ruined my stay as it will now cost me hundreds to repair. I assumed my car would be in great hands….was I wrong. Should have inspected my car at tpickup. My mistake. I have been fuming over this all the way back home. Pros (+) It was a convenient location close to Broadway! The rooms were clean and had beautiful large windows with a great view.
Cons (-) The hidden fees that we had to pay on check out. I prepaid for hotel before our trip and I wish it was all paid for up front. I wish our hotel had free breakfast like the other Hyatt. I wish we had a hot tub
