The property was beautiful! On the ocean and secluded. Spa, jacuzzi and 2 pools on premises. My oceanfront room was really nice. Restaurant food was excellent! Private beach. The staff was excellent and
Elevators were a little slow. It is a little pricey but well worth the money.
This is my second time there. Find the plastic cups at the bars less than expected at a first rate facility. Small and not sturdy. There are many plastic better options. Charging for a beach umbrella is not what we should pay for sun protection and an enjoyable beach experience.

It was such a great experience. It was so classy the decor was so fantastic the staff and I mean every one of them was so upbeat and happy it really made a trip relaxing and enjoyable.. our wait staff at lunch and dinner was absolutely amazing!

The beach lounges are in bad shape ! Also the umbrellas I had friends come for a visit and it was embarrassing

The check in staff was very attentive to customers. They created you ad soon as you walked up. The hotel was decorated very well. Very comforting. Valet was a breeze. Room and restaurant
Front desk staff was incompetent. Gave us incorrect information about beach facilities and when we brought it to their attention gave us attitude. Beach wait staff is very understaffed. Had to wait a long time then hunt down waiter and still wait an additional 30 minutes to pay bill.
