Pros (+) The hotel structure is quite nice. High rise building with fast elevators, good breakfast, comfy bed, tidy and clean room. Powerful A/C, good smart TV. Fast check-in and most of the staff willing to help!
Cons (-) At certain times, there will be no hot water on the shower. It seems that for peak hours the amount of hot water simply is not enough. While this is understable and also easy to deal with, that's not something to be expected for this kind of stay. Most of the year you won't even bother with a hot shower, it is true. But across July, you probably will.

Pros (+) I really liked the comfortable and nicely decorated rooms and comfortable bed, also great shower.
Cons (-) Breakfast was good enough but quite minimalist compared to other hotels in this category. Staff was friendly and helpful but was disappointed that the thatched mat or rug in the room was full of sand and filthy underneath, really filthy and even though they said they would clean it several times, nothing was done about it till we left, also the towels were only changed after we specifically asked ...

Pros (+) almost new 30 story hotel in a decent part of town. large, well furnished room with a balcony. had a very good dinner. food and room very inexpensive.
Cons (-) Hotel appeared to have very few guests - I was the only person in the dining room for dinner. Hopefully, they’re making enough money to stay alive
