Pros (+) It’s the 2nd time i stay here because its in an amazing spot. The hotel is very clean & nice. The personal is very friendly and they have 24/7 someone at the front desk

Pros (+) It was neat, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And, luckily for us, for the most part almost everyone was fluent in English as well. The pleasant café also provided a nice continental breakfast, which was free to guests.
Cons (-) It’s on a busy road, which we understood when booking, but the windows could’ve been a little more soundproof than they were. But we did benefit from a nice view of the city from an upper floor!

Pros (+) Staff member on reception was really friendly Ordered a taxi for us and gave us a takeaway breakfast even though we left very early MDZ Location is a plus and a minus
Cons (-) A little confused as to why other people aren’t mentioning the noise. I understand the property is on a busy road but there is no soundproofing at all in the rooms. All you can hear all night is motorbikes shouting and traffic. Very plush reception but clearly a budget hotel when it comes to the rooms.

Pros (+) The location was wonderful walking distance to the local restaurant and some shops. The front desk staff are very accommodating. We arrived by noon, and our flight was late in the evening they were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out later in the afternoon. Very very nice and polite staff. The lobby is super clean as well as the rooms.
