Pros (+) The hotel itself, Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto was exceptional, super clean and staffs are very accommodating. The room is big enough for a family of 3. Pros (+) The breakfast looked good, but all the hot food was cold so it made me think it sat in the caffing dishes for a long time. A few times all the front desk staff woukd all be staring at one computer ignoring clients. One they spoke to me,they were nice. I left important medicine in my room #222. I hope to hear that they have it.
