Great location , clean, breakfast was great and room was spacious.
Housekeeping wasn’t very good . Found unwashed glasses and cup still in room . Coffee pod machine didn’t work and had an old kettle to make coffee . Not so friendly staff at reception. They seems unbothered. On the other hand the waiter Domenico was friendly and went out of his way to help us .
The hotel is in an excellent location, near the Piazza Tasso. The hotel was very quiet with not many guests when we stayed but we were this early May. The breakfast buffet had all you need for a breakfast with a good selection of hot/cold food. The pool on the roof had amazing views over Sorrento and the bay of Naples.

The hotel itself, Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto was exceptional, super clean and staffs are very accommodating. The room is big enough for a family of 3. They have a coffee maker and coffee included. Also shampoo and other toiletries. The fact that they have a private parking is a big plus! They have a welcome drink as well. And the breakfast included is marvelous! The breakfast looked good, but all the hot food was cold so it made me think it sat in the caffing dishes for a long time. A few times all the front desk staff woukd all be staring at one computer ignoring clients. One they spoke to me,they were nice. I left important medicine in my room #222. I hope to hear that they have it.
