Pros (+) We were warmly welcomed and our room was upgraded to our suprise. The breakfast was great.

Pros (+) Room was beautiful, breakfast was great.
Cons (-) The room wasn’t the same spacious looking 3person room as the picture and the extra bed was quite hard for an adult, but it was good enough for one night. The dinner restaurant wasn’t open. Too bad because it was great last time! The girl at the counter wasn’t very informative or welcoming and there were nobody at the reception for the last of our stay.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, good breakfast and tidy and clean room. We had a nice stay at Gamla staden. Nice spot to see the northern light. Nice common area with coffee machine and microwave.

Pros (+) I liked the hotel, staff and the location!
Cons (-) There was poop on the toiler unflushed when we entered room… Also very very hot in the room. Shame cause otherwise it was nice. I wanted to say this in the morning when checking out but there was no one on reception.
