The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was super helpful as they even made booked us a table at two different restaurants. The lady at the breakfast room even suggested some places to see and checked on us everyday. There were not enough facilities in the hotel, such as indoor pool, gym, billiard, etc. Given that it rained for most of the time during our stay, we couldn't spend our days at the hotel as there wasn't much to do. Very charming with a lot of character, yet also has many modern amenities. The location is perfect for whatever you want to do in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Excellent Breakfast. The staff is great and always ready to help. Nice location and this can be a fun place to stay.
There is at least one room we stayed in that was not up to par. Ir has a worn out bed and the shower water can alternate very quickly from scalding hot to cold. The other rooms we later got upgraded to were far better.

Hotel charge 30€ for dog accommodation without prior information about extra charge for this service. I was unpleasantly surprised.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the receptionist to the housekeeping staff, everyone made an effort to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome. Parking was plentiful and easy to use. The suite was wonderfully spacious and charming. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of fresh fruit and bakery options. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a very nice and old site, which apperantely was consulate of Peru in the past. The surrounding was very green ans suitable for walks
There was a constant sound from the air condition pump right under my room, made it very hard to sleep.
everything was beautiful at "hotel the charme quinta do pinheiro" including two lovely girls at the reception (regina and claudia ) !!
