This hotel was simply delightful - both charming and upscale, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The family suite was just perfect for us and the staff's prompt attention to our requests - including last minute dinner reservations and a car let - were most appreciated. For a personalized stay in quaint surrounds, I cannot recommend a better choice.
No issues whatsoever,
Excellent location and attentive staff. Breakfast room was nice and outdoor patio area comfortable. There is a spa and pool with sauna that looked delightful but I didn't get a chance to try it out. Restaurant and bar on site. Elevators and garage parking available. Elegantly decorated. Family dog welcomed.
The heater went out on our first night for the whole hotel and shower was not hot. The next day, the situation for all was remedied as soon as possible. Upon request, hotel compensated us for the inconvenience for that period and we found that fair given our inconvenience and expectation for hot water.
If I won the lottery I would move into this hotel as a permanent home. I think that says it all.

The rooms are too small for family, there was a door without key to the corridor from the room which no safety. No one helps with bags and no cleaning staff only if you request and they have language barrier
Suite we stayed in was perfect
We upgraded, and it was a lovely room, although the view of the mountain was obscured by other buildings. Large and clean room, everything worked well, and the shower was powerful. On a negative note, the breakfast service was a bit sloppy, the afternoon snack was just ok, the pool was freezing, the sauna area was confusing, and wifi dropped out quite a bit.
