Great stay. Location was perfect.
Loved the pool area and the snacks every afternoon! The decor is also a very bohemian cool vibe.
The hallways smelled a bit dingy, but not our room. Very clean. :)

The staff was very friendly and caring. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had dinner one evening and breakfast one morning at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great. We loved the evening room turndown service. We have not stayed at a boutique hotel before, and we would definitely stay here again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the design of the hotel and it was very clean. We did not have a car so I appreciated the availability of having the hotel shuttle for a three mile radius trip at the hotel. The pool area was always clean and very relaxing.
The cost for overnight parking was a bit pricey. But the hotel is located in a great area, so you can walk or use a ride share service to get around.

This hotel is a must if visiting Austin. It was very central, beds were extremely comfortable & staff were amazing.
Excellent location, great room and hotel had excellent facilities. The pool area was lovely, spa was one of the best we’ve ever been to and the butler’s pantry was the cherry on top. Shoutout to all the valets! The shuttle was incredibly helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel taken care of.
Housekeeping didn’t come back to refresh our room on the second night after we asked for 5 minutes to get ready and leave. Poolside staff were ok but would have been helpful to come out and ask if we wanted drinks rather than going through to the bar with wet swimwear.
