Pros (+) A special treat hotel, we loved the roof top spa, room is an absolute haven during a very busy trip. This was definitely the "treat" hotel.

Cons (-) Very dark, the room and the entrance to the room. You can't communicate with the stuff as they don't speak English at all. It's only a regular bath.not as published.

Pros (+) Private outdoor covered hot tub was the best! The hotel ambiance is different: dimly lit, understated. The number and quality of robes, towels etc provided in the room was quite impressive. Helpful staff

Pros (+) The styling and facilities in the room were excellent. The private outdoor onsen was delightful, even in the rain.
Cons (-) Restaurant option was limited mid week. Hotel restaurant was closed on night and full on the other, but there are some excellent options just around the corner.
