The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. It is very clean even though the furniture is dated. The bed, the linen and pillows were really comfortable and we slept very well. We visited in July and slept on open windows, it was so quiet, we really appreciated it. The pool and spa zone are nice, we enjoyed it every day. The staff were very polite and professional.
We found the food in the restaurant pricey. The plain coffee was 6 leva etc.
The location was amazing, the facilities and the service were great! We really enjoyed the SPA and the room!
The most outstanding expiriance was the great service, especially the front desk clerk. It was a guy named Atanas, and he was very friendly, proffesional and made us feel welcome. The resturant food was good, all be it VERY overpriced. The hotel breakfast was a disappointment, it was like a 3 star hotel breakfast. It wasnt bad, just not what you would expect at this price level.

The hotel’s location is excellent. In the forest,on the slopes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice spa. Good restaurant. Calming atmosphere.
Amazing location, ski in ski out facilities etc perfect for skiing

The personal very friendly and client oriented. The spa area is very cosy. Breakfast was very good with perfect strong black coffe and fresh pancakes. Location perfect for medium to pro skiers, due to the direct access to a red slope.
The swimming pool was too busy during 17.00-19.00 with teenagers that were playing all around, without any responsible person to calm them. The shower before entering the swimming pool was the exception - not the rule :)
The location is amazing. Truly ski in ski out on a very nice slope. Spa is nice- could be little warmer the pool though. Nice food in the restaurant and very friendly staff.
