Very nice place in the mountains, near the ski lift. Staff friendly and professional, one of the best quality of food what we had and the service in the restaurant on top level. Nice wellness area and the pools.
In the room 203 no enough place for the clothes (wardrobe, shelves, ...) and no space where to put suitcases. Opposite is hotel kids friendly - very noisy till the night. One of the swimming pool could be opened earlier from the morning for swimming before breakfast.
From the moment we arrived we were made so very welcome by all the staff we met. The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice for each course and served very professionally. The food was good. The spa and pool were amazing after a long day of skiing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.
I did not like that I had that I had to order my eggs with the waiter in the morning and then do the buffet for everything else. My eggs would always get cold. Small thing I know but it's really the only thing I didnt like :-)
Staff on the restaurant was pretty bad, incapable and under the standards of this type of the hotel.
Location is fantastic for skiing, right at the slope in front of the ski lift and apres-ski bar. The skiing locker is located at the perfect place, well organised and easy to access both from the lobby and from the slope. The room was nice, adequate size, clean and comfortable. It was last minute decision, 1 night stay only. We enjoyed it. - Warm, professional approach at reception, also across the hotel - Clean room, comfortable bed - Espresso machine in the room - Tasty food, good wine selection
- Our room had very small bathroom, some additional hooks for towels/bathrobe would help. - The hotel has only a few parking slots in front. The garage was available, you need to park in another hotel. Not a problem, it's just good to know. Unloading of stuff was smooth.
accommodation with jacuzzi on the ski slope, wellness and the outdoor jacuzzi are phenomenal !
I booked a 3 bed suite for 3 adults ! the 3rd bed was no better than a camp bed.
The best part of this hotel is definitively the staff. Dina at the reception desk is very professional and can probably hold whole hotel herself, Goran and another girl from Greece are super helpful, Roko at the bar is a keeper, staff at the restaurant professional and friendly (Nuša, greek guy and some other people) except F&B manager. Location is good.
The whole idea of hotel is confusing and definitively not a four star value. There is no music throughout whole hotel so atmosphere is like you are on the funeral. Food in a hotel is not eatable - below average. I would say there are bunch ideas of what hotel should be and then they apply something they see in another hotel.
