My family and I spent 2 relaxing nights in the hotel. The beds are comfortable and hot spring facility is nice. The buffet breakfast and dinner are also with wide variety of choices and the kids enjoyed them. The best part of the hotel is that it links with the theme park. Pros (+) I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The 3 onsen options, the layout and size of the rooms was amazing and very comfortable. The staff were very nice and made an effort to communicate in English as much as they could.
Cons (-) The walk from the front desk to the room was quite long but in a way that added to a sense of seclusion which was actually quite nice... a little more English information about how to get around the hotel and local attractions would have been appreciated.
