Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, did their best. Welcome drinks, water , mini bars refilled for free. Very hospitable.
Cons (-) Yet a bit overrated for a 4star in terms of interior. The rooms were very basic, and bathrooms are quite worn out.

Pros (+) Staff is friendly and helpful. Water and coffee are available in the room and included in the price. The hotel is situated in a beautiful building with a nice entrance to the main lobby. Great location
Cons (-) Breakfast was below expectations after I read reviews that it was superb. I think it was ok, merely average. Some parts of the bathroom equipment like shower hose and bin were damaged. I would give the hotel 3*.

Pros (+) Good location, plenty of local/neighborhood shops to explore around. Room was comfortable and well equipped, with the right amount of amenities. Most importantly for me was the staff. Every interaction I had with them (check-in, checkout, housekeeping, small asks) was nothing short of delightful - which helps ease the stress of traveling with a toddler.
