Very nice hotel located in the forest right next to a lake. Very good hiking around the hotel. Food in the restaurant was good as well.. definitely recommend for a relaxed stay.
Really bad WIFI. Also really bad cell phone reception. So if planning work any remote work while here, probably going to get disappointed. Anyway it is like that in most of Germany, since Germany is way behind other European Country’s in regards to IT infrastructure.
A very nice hotel situated in beautiful surroundings and nature. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff very nice and helpful. We would certainly like to come back and stay at Hotel Waldhalle again.

A sensor in our bedroom set off a bright light if either of us went to the bathroom at night. There seemed no way to turn it off. A disturbed night. (Otherwise, I would give 10.)
