the facility is well maintained. Spa area are very relaxing. kid had good time with the pool.
Very beautiful nature and surrounded by forest and hiking paths. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Very nice garden area. Very nice room and spacious. Very nice bathroom. Good personal and good restaurant staff. Good breakfast with really delicious stuff. Very nice hallways and reception areas and restaurant furniture.
The only thing is reception staff are a bit unfriendly. I don't understand why. The restaurant staff are so nice and the owner too. Reception staff should learn from them. The restaurant lunch and dinner meals are not so tasty.
The staff were really helpful and friendly and very kind to our children. The hotel is spotless and the full board is amazing value. The garden is lovely and the children loved the swimming pool and the games room. There was a nice informal atmosphere.
Would have been nice to have had a massage but it was fully booked when we arrived. Suggest booking this before you arrive if you intend to have one. Also I prefer fresh coffee.
Exquisite, delicious dinner. Warm and friendly service.
The swim pool is not very clean: a lot of hair. If everyone wears a swimming cap, we can avoid these.

The hotel is amazing. Was on way through Germany to CH & Lichtenstein and stopped here on way from London. Truly stunning location and truly lovely rest in a peaceful hotel. Food great and very reasonably priced.

Almost everything. Great breakfast and dinner, very kind staff, quiet place and surroundings. Lucky also to enjoy a lot of snow. Also great pool and sauna(s).
Maybe a coffee machine in the room would help.
Beautiful hotel in the Black Forest, large and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet. A light lunch buffet is also included which comes in handy after the generous breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is superb though on the expensive side. Friendly staff, very responsive to guest requests.
Restaurant for dinner is great but a bit expensive and closes very early (7:30). It's the norm for small town restaurants so not really surprising but for guests it would be useful to have some choices if you get there a bit later, for example coming back from a day trip.
