Pros (+) I have stayed at this property about three times in the past. It is conveniently located between Beach Road and Second Road, making it easy to access various areas. If you wish to go to Walking Street, you can take Beach Road, and if you’re heading north, you can take Second Road and catch a songthaew. The rooms are very clean, with a calm and tasteful interior that creates a relaxing atmosphere. ...

Pros (+) Location it’s away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get too. Staff are very good and friendly. Housekeeping and cleanliness is good too. Overall a very good stay and hotel.
Cons (-) My room 313 had a damp and wet celling . I reported this and they investigated it but didn’t offer to replace my room. There were mom’s spots on the celling near the AC vent.
