Beautiful hotel, clean rooms.Available free parking for car.At the day of check out is possible to leave car inside the garage.Very friendly staff.

No have Ac working when I ask him they told me open windows when I opened windows no have air comes in said and people outside spoke then I can’t sleep good
Nice clean room, and excellent secure garage in the hotel. Very close to vaci utca.
The breakfast had more salty choices. If you like sweets it's rather poor. The breakfast room was not clean enough.

Did not like the modern , clean, " French balcony " beige room Never have I had such a bad vibe to a room. Inner courtyard view ,no sky on lower floors, a little bit of sky on higher floors. Since night was prepaid, and we needed to extend to another night, I went into an unusual negotiation with the nice and polite manager, which led to an agreement on a nice executive room for an additional fee....Read more
It was clean and cozy, the location is just amazing.
Even if you pay for superior double room with French balcony, you get no view - if you want to see the river you need to go for suites.
Rooms are lovely and spacious. Location is just perfect. Underground garage very convenient in as busy town as Budapest is. Breakfast was tasty! But the biggest mark left the personel working at the hotel that were really super nice and helpful!

The team was very kind and patient, providing us with all the information we needed about the city. Situated within walking distance of the main attractions, it’s easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel’s own parking facility was a huge plus, giving us peace of mind and convenience.
Given the room rate, it would be nice to have breakfast included in the price.

The rooms could be better cleaned, bedsheets were never changed during the 4-nights stay, overall I would expect more professionalism.
