The location - right in the middle of the city centre. Breakfast was pretty good too. Friendly staff.
I'm pretty sure that I left my watch in the bathroom of the room I was staying in. Upon calling the front desk, I was advised that the cleaners didn't find it. You probably know where this is going...
It's a hotel I have visited multiple times before. The main reasons being the location, cleanliness, spacious rooms and wooden floor without ugly carpets. My top priority always is the cleanliness when picking a hotel and Vilnia ticks that mark.
The hotel's sound insulation is terrible. On top of that, it's always hit and miss whether you get the room facing the inner yard or the street. If you are unlucky to be placed in a street-facing room, on top of the noises from inside the hotel you are exposed to the noises from the traffic. This is my no1 place to stay in Vilnius. Best value for money. Good location, good rooms , good price
I like rooms, especialy beds and pillows. I tried many Vilnius hotels but the best bed and pillow is there. Breakfast is perfect. Reception is helpful.

Had a wonderful corner room with a view of Gediminas Tower - incomparable! Location within short walking distance (less than 5min) of most major sights.
It is not the first time I am staying in Vilnia and always was happy with the service provided. Staff there is very welcoming, room clean and comfy and very centric and and the same time calm location right next to the city park. The correlation of price and quality is unbeatable.

We loved the bed as they upgraded our room to a Suite. The hotel location was perfect. The bathroom was excellent.
The breakfast was disappointing as the quality and selection were poor. The coffee from the machines was poor (no expresso machines). No made to order items. No cut fruit. Meats and cheeses were pedestrian. Limited pastries.
