Pros (+) Really beautiful property, really nice location, friendly staff and a comfortable, clean room. Only complaint is the barking dogs that started way too early in the morning and never stopped. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

Cons (-) Staff was friendly but too use to dealing with large tour groups and not couples or small groups not on tour. Bar, did not understand what a margarita is. The bar was unimpressive.

Pros (+) Everything. It was beautifully landscaped , the rooms were situated for privacy, and the pool was absolutely stunning, especially with the lighting at night. It was definitely one of the most attractive resort-like places we’ve stayed at. It was immaculately clean. Top marks to the hard-working cleaners.
Cons (-) I have nothing negative to say other than the repetitive menu. After 2 days it got boring. The waiters were all very pleasant.

Pros (+) Nice hotel with a great location in a tropical setting.
Cons (-) Service of the staff did not reflect the expected in a five star hotel. We had to wait more than one hour for our room to be ready. It was also really difficult to book a massage as there were one few options to choose from. When we finally agreed to a time it was changed last minute and the massage itself did not live up to our expectations.
