Comfy bed. Great shower. Close to the palenque national park. Good food at the restaurant. Strong AC. Ceiling fan. Netflix was an option once the tv was fixed. Spotlessly clean.
Placed far away, up the hill. The resort was empty. The pool near our room was poorly maintained - the clean pool was near the front and a long walk - so never used it. No fridge in the room (we knew this but would have been handy) until the phone was connected (missing the cord) we had to walk to the front desk to ask anything.

Really beautiful property, really nice location, friendly staff and a comfortable, clean room. Only complaint is the barking dogs that started way too early in the morning and never stopped. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

Setting and accomodations were excellent
Staff was friendly but too use to dealing with large tour groups and not couples or small groups not on tour. Bar, did not understand what a margarita is. The bar was unimpressive.
Perfect place to do your activities like go to archeological sites and cascadas. The rooms are clean. Staff is great in accommodating you.
Nothing wish I could have stayed longer.

Lovely grounds and buildings in a tropical park like setting, great pool, comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast.
Everything. It was beautifully landscaped , the rooms were situated for privacy, and the pool was absolutely stunning, especially with the lighting at night. It was definitely one of the most attractive resort-like places we’ve stayed at. It was immaculately clean. Top marks to the hard-working cleaners.
I have nothing negative to say other than the repetitive menu. After 2 days it got boring. The waiters were all very pleasant.
Nice hotel with a great location in a tropical setting.
Service of the staff did not reflect the expected in a five star hotel. We had to wait more than one hour for our room to be ready. It was also really difficult to book a massage as there were one few options to choose from. When we finally agreed to a time it was changed last minute and the massage itself did not live up to our expectations.
