The best staff of any hotel I've stayed in! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. My room comfortable. The location was close to town but quiet and without a need to climb much up the hills. Also close to the stop for the bus from the station. I had a small single but everything was good quality.
I imagined the outdoor space to be a little bigger, more secluded and not so close to the road.
The breakfast was amazing…anything you could possibly want for breakfast was offered in the buffet plus you could order eggs prepared to your liking. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. Great location, too.
This is a small but very elegant hotel in a wonderfully renovated house. It is very conveniently located, being within a few minutes walk from the old town and outside the restricted traffic area. The staff were great. They parked the car and brought it to us. When you visit you will understand why that’s important. They helped my daughter and me find a pasta cooking class. Breakfast was great too. I got a parking ticket in another area of Italy and the staff helped me understand how to take care of that too. Who knew tickets were paid at tobacco shops?? The room size, the view, the staff were terrific!
Renovated old charming house with lots of good taste. Got an upgrade to a beautiful room with a lovely view. Snacks and a glass of wine for free in the early evening.
Air condition not on yet. It had been cold before. The room was quite hot. Got better in the evening.
The location was perfect & fortunately we were able to obtain a parking space for our stay. Accommodation was lovely & staff helpful & very friendly. Wonderful breakfast & happy hour.

Our room had the most fantastic view south of Cortona. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They parked our car for us free of charge and made drinks for us during happy hour at the bar. Breakfasts were great too. Nice seating area outside at the front too.
Somewhat difficult to find and access on arrival.
