Exceptional property, staff, and amenities. Do NOT stay at any other property in Hohenschwangau because you'll miss a memorable visit.
Staff, amenities, parking, room layout and features were all outstanding.
The Hotel was perfect for our 5 days stay, the staff where outstanding , they quickly understood our preferred needs ie breakfast options , and food choices. The Hotel location and garden and views where perfect , truly a place to relax and be spoiled . Would recommend to stay again .
The view to Neuschwantsein Castle from our room was quite special; We managed to get some spectacular pictures at different times throughout our stay; Room and hotel very clean and comfortable; Staff were amazing and very helpful with any needs we had and breakfast was superb! A shout out to Jessica at front desk and breakfast staff, kind and friendly and wonderful hosts to all guests 👍👍

Beautiful views, clean and many nice luxury amenities. The breakfast was wonderful! This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our 2 month European tour! Very friendly and efficient staff! Front desk gives great recommendations on things to do, nearby places to eat, and how to get around. Spa was relaxing and spotless!

We just returned from a Europe trip: 16 hotels in 31 days. The hotels ranged in cost from 120 to 400 euros per night. This was the best of the 16, and it wasn’t even close. It had the best staff, the room was very comfortable and well maintained, everything worked. The bed was great, the parking situation was great, it is very convenient to the castle. Breakfast was top tier. Fantastic place.
We had a large, comfortable suite with a balcony and a view of Neuschwanstein. The room had a large shower and lots of storage space. The hotel had umbrellas which came in haas it rained on and off during our stay. The spa was a nice treat. Breakfast was fantastic each morning with lots of choices. Staff were friendly and kind! I definitely would book this hotel again!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast, comfortable bed and good bath and shower. A really peaceful location, even though it's so close to the village of Hohenschwangau and its car parks on which the hordes descend to set off to the two castles.
The breakfast is tasty and good quality, so it's a shame that the hotel doesn't have a lunch or dinner offering (only a snack board), but I guess there are just not enough guests to justify it and the town does have options (several for lunch, Hotel Muller and Alpenstuben for dinner - both perfectly acceptable, the latter our favourite)
The place is immaculate and the staff to top notch.
Super special breakfast with local products. Helpful and friendly staff (especially Jessica). Fantastic location (view to both castles from our window!)
