The hotel has a wonderful location with a view of St. Mark’s Place. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Also breakfast was very good.
The hotel has a rather classic style. The furniture felt quite old—maybe that’s part of the concept—but we still liked it overall.
+ location : convient, lively, beautiful view + Friendly & helpful staff: seamless booking of transfer from the airport, excellent service & wonderful attitude + Room size: reasonable room size for this location
- rooms a bit outdated in terms of decorations & furniture (example: painting from the bed frame has been fallen away, the hair drier didn't work properly) - Water pressure & flow too low - breakfast: average choice although of good quality

Nice position beautiful place
Great location and staff! The room was spacious enough for 4 people. It was clean. The funiture is a bit old, but it serves its purpose. Breakfast was good (except for omlet), you get everything you need + prosecco.
Pillows are too soft, but it is a common issue.

This was our fourth time in this hotel over the course of 18 years. It still has its charm but it starts to feel a bit tired and in need of a revamp.
