The staff was super friendly and helpful! I was traveling with my grandpa, who is in a wheelchair and on arrival the staff offered to take him. They even recommended a nearby place to eat and helped us find a place we were looking for and knew nothing about it. The hotel was clean and looked great. We received a warm welcome and got a clean, nice room. Breakfast was fine. And we could park our dirty motorcycles in the garage. There was nothing to complain about, I can recommend this hotel a 100 percent. What I have to mention is the manager's friendliness and helpfulness. Very nice hotel, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. We were greeted very warmly on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast was very nice with very good choice. Our room was very comfortable, and vehicle storage for our motorcycle under the building. Would definitely stay again.
The restaurant was not open in the hotel but the one next door was recommended and did not disappoint.
I served in Bosnia as a soldier and needed to visit as part of therapy for my mental health. The location was perfect, the welcome outstanding. The signposting to support me in my wider travels couldn't have been better, it was so detailed and appropriate. I would strongly recommend to any armed forces veteran who served in the conflict 1992 to 1995.
