The view is exceptional as it is directly located on the lake. The location is good as it is walking distance from the centre (about 25 minutes walk) but you can also catch a bus which stops 4 minutes away. There is also a ferry stop (Tavernola) which is 2 minutes walking distance and it is really convenient if you wish to visit other villages on the lake. This stop is for the slow ferry only but ...

Very classy Comfy Nice staff I liked it and i highly recommend it for ppl who like such classy places Moreover the balcony with lake view was unbelievable
Not that significant note but the rdelux room was not large enough
Staff were extremely welcoming and willing to assist with anything! The breakfast spread was magical, as was our meal at Ristorante Raimondi, with wonderful hospitality. It felt like we received the royal treatment throughout this very special stay!

The location of the property, the garden is amazing , room has a quite big balcony overlooking the beautiful lake
