Clean, spacious, outstanding view, great breakfast and the staff were all nice and eager to help. From reception, to breakfast to the pool bar and cleaning staff all made our stay relaxing, cosy and beautiful. A place worth visiting again

It’s a true jewel in Lipari. We have only words of praise for this hotel. Marvelous views, fantastic breakfast, very kind and most helpful staff. If you’re thinking of going to Lipari- this is the place to stay at during your stay. The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay, when we were due to arrive in Lipari they contacted us to arrange taxi shuttle from the port to the hotel. Throughout the whole stay they were very helpful and attentive - they suggested activities for us to do and were happy to organise them as well as arranging transport for us for dinner and to the port for our return journey home. Hotel Villa Enrica is a beautiful hotel and has the most stunning views of Lipari! The pool was also beautiful. The free breakfast was a delicious spread. Although the hotel isn't located directly in town, staff made it easy to call for shuttles (sometimes free, sometimes not) to get to and from town, Coral Beach, etc.
Unfortunately, while the hotel offers WiFi, it only works at the reception and pool. We did not have WiFi in our room. As foreign travelers this made phone usage in our rooms very inaccessible.
The property was picturesque with small attached villas. Everything was clean and comfortable with an great breakfast. The pool was a short distance away with an uphill climb. Lots of friendly cats on premise
The villa is not close to town so a van took us from and to the hotel. If you went at a specific time there was no charge. Otherwise it was 8 euros each way for a shuttle bus.
Quiet, nice location very pleasant staff.
Food portions too small
Everything. The room, the staff, the facilities. Everything was great.
