Very clean hotel with spacious rooms
Water pool is very small not worthy to the fee.
Good hotel, clean, nice rooms, cool little spa.
They really need to do something about the restaurant and especially the breakfast. Truly sad. Actually, for whom might be interested, do a really good thing with this part, have a chef, make a gastronomic attraction out of this place and you’ll hit the jackpot with this “transit” hotel!
Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
It was cold in the room, and the heaters were set to turn themselves off after a while, without the possibility of removing this setting . This meant cold nights and even colder mornings. The white walls were dirty , the door handle to the balcony was missing so it could not be locked.
Hotel facilities and cleanliness. Staff is also very friendly and always available for any question, acting immediately.
Pool water temperature was not warm enough. Lack of number of beds on the pool area with a crowdy space (no control on entries really). Breakfast could be better for a 4*
Hotel is well mantained and was appropriate for the ocasion. Extra bed was provided for a kid at no extra cost. Enough free parking space with good surroundings. We had a good dinner at the restaurant.
In general, the temperature inside the hotel corridors was 1 or 2 degrees C too low that reflected inside the room. Had to wait inside the room for the AC to warm to a confortable temperature. Every time we leave the room the AC turn off so the process had to start again. The same feeling on the Swiming pool in the SPA area.
Very spacious and comfortable room. The Spa is great and the massage I had (Ayurvedic) was perfect.
- no kettle - slowly flush in the bath - soundproof 3/5 - slider wooden door in the bath - you wake up your bday, when goes to toilet in the middle of the night - there is no switch on/off for light in the bath. Activate by moving sensor, you can't goes to the toilet without light at night
New and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious. Good spa.
Restaurant room needs some deco revamping. Maximum number of people in spa should be controlled as it’s paid.

The rooms have no slippers or toothbrushes
Beautiful and well located, good size room and bathroom. Easy parking.
My room had fist-sized holes in the drapes, black mold on the wall near the terrace door, and the terrace door did not properly insulate against street noise. The sound of raindrops hitting the metal pipe on the terrace was torturous. The fridge functioned poorly, the junior suite had the TV positioned behind the sofa, and the bathroom door was very noisy.
