Fantastic Staff, very nice room, lovely garden for breakfast.
Beautiful little hotel. Walking distance to the old city. The front desk staff were spectacular. They speak English and helped us with getting to our excursions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast, although pricey, was wonderful. If we return to Salzburg, I will stay here again. Thank you to the whole staff. They were delightful!

This was the best hotel during our vacations in Austria - truly hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcome. Staff is exceptional - we had friendly interactions with Mr Rohi from the reception and Mr Cajetan - both extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is cozy and quiet, walkable distance to all key attractions. Breakfast food quality and selection was good as well. Bed was very comfy.
There were two main issues that we had. The service during breakfast and dinner was inconsistent. Staff barely speaks english, so it's been a struggle to get the service. One morning it was great, with coffee, cacao for the kid and omletes, and another morning we were not even able to get coffee. Another issue was with the room itself. A lovely and welcoming family-run hotel. The front desk team were super friendly and helpful — they gave me a map and showed me some great ways to explore Salzburg. My room was clean and really quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of tasty choices. The staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.
Perhaps nicest small hotel I have ever stayed in. Exceptionally comfortable, beautifully designed, amazing staff, best breakfast ever. Great public spaces, including a sweet garden with chaises and lounge furniture. Spa was terrific. Lovely all the way around.

Less suitable for friends or families, more suitable for couples. Triple room felt very cramped and small.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Was nice to have recommendations for a variety of restaurants. Great comfortable and spotless rooms. Breakfast selections were great and eggs made to order was a nice touch. Location is good, slight walk to the center but still well connected.
