Pros (+) I loved my stay, as soon as you walk in you see how the hotel is well kept and beautiful. The facilities were very good, the view point was awesome, they have a gym, pool, etc. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the staff was lovely.
Cons (-) I think the lunch and dinner are a bit pricey. It would be nice to have the option to buy one type of food or a dish only, instead of always having the buffet.

Pros (+) We had a wonderful 5 day stay in February before Carnaval. The staff were amazing.
Cons (-) The check in took over 1 hour and could be improved. We also had a very difficult time working in our room for a few hours during our stay because the WiFi was so weak. Please improve your WiFi!

Pros (+) I requested that the management would decorate the room with flowers for my mum who is suffering from cancer and leave her a nice letter. They only went and did it for us free of charge! I was astonished at the effort they put in for her and will be eternally grateful. The property was amazing and comfortable albeit dated. The food was delicious.
Cons (-) Some plant milk options at breakfast would be appreciated. The sauna was either not in operation or it was pathetically luke warm.

Pros (+) A big thank you to the staff for accommodating my adjusted check-in with kids, and making sure a backpack I left in the room was taken care of until I could have it returned. Great service, and always a nice place to stay.
